Nearly 100 years later, D'ORSAY is exposing its famous Dandy, trading in the sweet for the tart, keeping the bare essentials of its spices.

In 1925, the House of D'ORSAY launched Dandy, a fragrance that quickly became iconic for the complexity and arrangement of its notes. The blend was resolutely ambitious: Whiskey, Rum, Yellow Fruits, followed by a spicy heart of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Clove, Cardamom and ending with notes of Tobacco, Benzoin, Sandalwood, Peruvian Balsam, Tonka Bean and Patchouli.

With this new creation, the perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur, thought of a passionate and carnal love. This perfume is for impulsive and fusional couples. "I wanted to create an unexpected and recognizable fragrance by contrasting a slightly smoky Cuiré Black Tea accord with a sweet and innocent Orange Blossom, I really wanted the fragrance to make you want to smell it indefinitely, an almost obsessive addiction."
